I have been having tremendous amounts of email lately, and over the past few months, gradually I have been spending more time each day answering emails. Resulting in me spending less time in the studio making dolls. I work alone and I answer all my emails personally and I have been thinking about the most efficient way to handle my emails.  I have decided to answer emails in the morning before I work in the studio  and in the evenings after I am finished working in my studio. I have many emails unanswered at this time and I will answer them in the order they came in, so If you have emailed me and did not hear from me as yet, please allow more time for me  to respond to your email. I have many collectors waiting on their dolls and I have to be fair to them and get their babies home in a timely manner. Spending  too much time answering emails means  I have less time to get the babies made and sent home to their mommies. I will be placing a frequently ask question page on my website to alleviate the responses requiring attention, leaving time for more specific responses.

I work full time Monday through Friday with the dolls, and the weekends is my family time. I will not be answering e-mails on the weekends in order to devote more time with my family.  I will resume answering e-mail Monday.
